- Assisting with the preparation and review of application forms and supporting documents.
- Submitting applications to the relevant Indonesian immigration authorities on your behalf.
- Liaising with Indonesian immigration officials to monitor application progress and address queries.
- Offering general advice based on our understanding of current Indonesian immigration laws and policies.

2. User Responsibilities

Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of our services.
4. Refund Policy Reference
Our detailed refund policy is available upon request and will be provided as part of your service agreement. Generally, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. Refunds for unrendered services may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to administrative charges for work already commenced.
